Insider trading
Under Dutch law, Mediq as well as the individual members of the Supervisory Board and the Board of Management (and certain other insiders) must notify the Dutch Authority for the Financial Markets (AFM) of certain transactions in Mediq securities concluded by them or on behalf of them.
