Board of Management
The Board of Management manages the company and has full responsibility for this under the articles of association. Its main duties encompass developing strategy, policy for achieving company targets, external reporting, and the design and operation of the risk management system. It is accountable for this to the Supervisory Board.
The Board of Management has two members, who are supported by three executive vice presidents to make up the executive committee. The executive committee performs the day-to-day operational management of the company, without detracting from the Board of Management’s responsibilities under law and the articles of association, as laid down in the Board of Management regulations.
