Investor relations
Our investor relations policy is aimed at providing timely, full and consistent information to current and potential shareholders. We regularly organise presentations and meetings for investors and analysts. We hold roadshows in the Netherlands and abroad to meet existing and potential investors following publication of the annual and half-year figures.
We act in strict accordance with the requirements of Euronext and the Netherlands Authority for the Financial Markets. We also observe the relevant best practice provisions in the Dutch Corporate Governance Code. To this end we have drawn up a clear disclosure policy.
