With effect from 1 August 2009, Jesper Boysen (1960) was appointed executive vice-president of Mediq.
Jesper Boysen was the managing director of Kirudan when Mediq acquired this Danish company in 2007, which currently operates under the name of Mediq Danmark. Before 2006, Jesper has worked as managing director in several Nordic companies, amongst which Mölnlycke Health Care (Nordic markets). Jesper has mainly held commercial and general management positions. Jesper is responsible for the direct and institutional activities in Sweden, Finland, Denmark, Norway, the Baltic states and Switzerland and the institutional activities in the Netherlands.
He is chairman of the Danish branche organisation for medical devices Medicoindustrien.
Jesper has the Danish nationality. He is married and has two children.
