Mediq has an international exchange programme that enables pharmacists from other countries, including the Netherlands and Poland, to experience working abroad. For example, multiple-day meetings for the controllers of all the Mediq operating companies are organised once or twice a year. HR, marketing and sales professionals also maintain group-wide contact. The aim of these contacts is to discuss plans, strategies and projects and to develop knowledge.
