Corporate governance codes and regulations

The system of management of Mediq, its supervision and the way it is reported is in line with the Dutch corporate governance code. 

Executive Committee

 The Mediq Board of Management is made up of Christian Wojczewski (CEO) and Hans Janssen (CFO). The Board of Management is supported by our Executive Committee that runs Mediq on a daily base.

Risk management

We aim for a productive balance in our strategic choices and operations between growth and returns and the associated risks.

Supervisory board

The Supervisory Board supervises the policy of the Board of Management and the general affairs of the company.

Stakeholder dialogue

The success of our company depends on the extent to which we are able to meet the needs of patients AND how we incorporate the views and interests of other stakeholders.
