Mediq completes acquisition Medicus Plesner in Norway
The Norwegian competition authority has approved Mediq’s acquisition of Medicus Plesner AS.
Medicus Plesner supplies medical devices directly to
patients. Medicus Plesner offers an
integrated concept combining medical supplies (in the fields of ostomy,
incontinence, urology and enteral nutrition) and pharmaceuticals. The acquisition is complementary to Mediq Norge’s business
activities and further strengthens the direct business. Mediq Norge is supplier
of medical devices to care institutions, hospitals, humanitarian organisations,
GPs and specialists.
