Mediq announces Thomas Hinnerskov as new CEO

The Supervisory Board of Mediq is pleased to appoint Thomas Hinnerskov as Chief Executive Officer as of June 2022. Thomas currently serves at KONE OY as Executive Vice President South Europe, Middle East and Africa.

At KONE, amongst others, Thomas has been highly successful in leading businesses by enabling the leverage of scale, while at the same time reaching closer proximity to customers in the regions. He will leverage his extensive international experience to guide Mediq through its next phase of growth, as the group continues its mission to support healthcare institutions and professionals in providing the best possible care, and to help patients at home to self-manage chronic diseases.

About Thomas Hinnerskov 

Thomas Hinnerskov holds a master’s degree in Science, Finance and Accounting from Copenhagen Business School. He started his career in investment banking and consulting working for Gudme Raaschou Investment Bank and McKinsey. Prior to joining KONE in 2016, he served as Regional CEO for ISS Western Europe and for ISS Asia-Pacific. Between 2003 and 2012, he held various other roles at ISS. Since 2017, he also serves as non-executive director of Caverion Corporation.
